Rick Cabezas the Stockbroker/Investment Banker

I started my career in 1996 in Boca Raton as a Stockbroker under the Manager Director John Madden (Brother of Former CEO Steve Madden of Steve Madden Shoes and  Wolf of Wall Street Fame ). I help start and develop 3 online IPO and Private Placement websites from 1999-2002.  Within 3 yrs we had over 500 account holders and 2,500 registered users. Our clients were in over 20 countries and were involved with over 50 offerings.   For the last 8 years I have served as CEO of VM Capital Partners, Inc. where we consult and advise Startups and Pre-Revenue Companies.  I was a key Advisor on two Hard Rock Hotel projects (Ambergris Caye, Belize, and Panama City, Panama),  JP Steakhouses Reorganization Financing  as well several other Real Estate Development Projects in Puerto Rico and Chicago . In 2021  I was the interim President of IGC and COO of 19 Degrees Water (A Fiji Water Company). Currently I am a Registered Rep with Weild & Co, Insurance Salesperson with Cary Levinson and NewtekOne and I hold a California Realtor License.

I am also the owner of Insomnia Entertainment Group located in FL. The company focuses on creation of new music,  new arrangements of previous recorded music and promotion of Artists.  At 17 I was selected to Broward College's Youth Symphony in 1984 under the Director Charles Noble, studied Piano under Dr. Edwards and Jazz Band under Dr. Black.  As a Sergeant with the 13th Army Band from 1986-1994,  I preformed at various Military functions including Florida Governor's Inauguration and Parade in Tallahassee, the US Embassy in Dominican Republic and well as part of the FLARNG General's Band in Washington DC .   I later became a Music Teacher at Donna Klein in Boca from 1994-1996. Music Director for Starting Arts Program in San Jose, Ca and the   Fifth Wall's production of Jekyll & Hyde.  I currently work with local musicians for Live Performances and Recorded Music.
